What is barre?

Barre is a fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. It is a muscular endurance program that will improve your strength, posture, balance, core stability and flexibility all while being LOW IMPACT. It truly is a class for ALL fitness levels and ALL bodies!


Each class includes a warm up, light weight arm series, barre work, fold over, mat/core/glute work and ends with stretching.
